James Baker, Head of Insight – Vitality
James is currently Head of Insight at Vitality and has over 20 years’ experience of working in private healthcare. He is widely recognised as an expert on the funding, provision and marketing of private health and wellbeing products and services in the UK.

Suzanne Freestone, Head of data strategy & initiatives EMEA – VMware
Suzanne is a B2B data marketing professional, with 20+ years of experience in all aspects of data-driven marketing. Suzanne has been with VMware for 2 years, driving their data strategy and initiatives for marketing across EMEA. Prior to working at VMware Suzanne held various consultancy roles within leading B2B companies, including Harte Hanks and Information Arts, where she worked on many high profile global accounts, more recently in the Hi Tech industries.
The session will explore the importance of having good quality data, and why it should be the primary focus, and will take you through VMware’s data marketing journey.
Chester’s role at Treasury is to be responsible for the formulation of effective ‘Go to Market’ strategies and plans across the EMEA & LATAM business units. Working across a wide spectrum of teams he leads the development of the commercial agenda from high level strategic planning, to the sector and country specific channel plans.
Over the last 2 years he has been instrumental in successfully delivering a diverse range projects. These have included Route to Market overhaul in the Nordics, New market entry strategies in Africa, Russia & Latin America, and the renovation of pricing, profitability & mix across Europe.
Duncan has worked in IT since graduating, initially as a developer working on flight simulators and operating systems for medical instruments. He followed this with a decade in the CRM space where he held a number of roles ranging encompassing pre-sales, programme delivery and operational management. He then moved into financial services where he was responsible for the global operations of an insurance software and services supplier. Duncan now works for Berendsen UK as Director of IT. Berendsen is a FTSE250 company specialising in Laundry and Workwear services.
Duncan is a firm believer in the view that new technologies can create significant business advantage for those organisations perceptive enough to see it and agile enough to adopt it.
